Why RTE forms get rejected — and how to prevent it
Under the Right to Education (RTE) Act, 25% of seats in non-granted private primary schools across Vadodara are reserved for eligible children with zero tuition fee from Class 1 through Class 8, plus an annual government grant for books and uniform.
Because seats are allotted by online computerised rounds based on priority category and exact residential distance (within 1 km, 1–3 km, and 3–6 km), two things decide everything: (1) every uploaded document must match the child's and father's name cleanly without blurry scans, and (2) the school preference list must be ordered strategically from nearest to farthest.
આર.ટી.ઈ. Important Warning on Rent Agreements: If you live in a rented house, RTE Gujarat strictly asks for a Registered Rent Agreement (or valid electricity/tax bill), not just a notarised ₹300 stamp paper. Ask us early so your form does not get rejected!
