A name change published in the Gujarat Government Gazette is the proof that banks, the passport office, universities and the RTO accept without argument. An affidavit alone is not the same thing, and the difference usually surfaces at the worst possible moment.

We've prepared and followed through these files since 2017 — including the hard ones: an exhausted Aadhaar update limit, a passport objection, a blank surname, a minor's name.

What will it cost?

It depends on the service and the government fee attached to it. We quote the government fee and our service charge separately, before anything starts, so nothing is added at the end.

Do I have to come to the office?

For most work, no — photos on WhatsApp are enough to begin. Marriage registration and some RTO work need you in person at least once, and we tell you in advance which day.

Are you a government office?

No. We are an independent consultancy operating a government-approved Common Service Centre. We prepare, verify and file applications; the decision always rests with the department concerned.

Do you work outside Vadodara city?

Yes — the whole district, and certificate, RTO, e-stamp and gazette work for clients from Halol, Bodeli, Chhota Udepur, Anand and Bharuch. Marriage registration remains Vadodara district only.
